I new Waka Clarke long before the army. The only man who could make them ivory's sing you could say, we grew up together at the old MCC in Fanshaw St.
His dad was the manager and my mum ran the shop.
Those were the good old days dances Friday and Saturday nights, Talent Quest on Sunday night then after more dancing. Always remembered, great memories....

the 'system' confused his hypenated name as an initial, hence WH Clark but Waka agitated to have it changed to the correct layout which occured before W3 left Vietnam

just heard that he is at a CCNZ School Reunion in Gisbourne today - playing the piano of course
