Served in 41 Sqn as Sqn Ldr as Engineering Officer. Posted to 41 Sqn in November 1968. Flew sortie Changi-SVN-Changi on 12 February 1969 and again on 14 May 1969. RTNZ from 41 Sqn in February 1970. Died in Wellington Hospital and buried at Martinborough Cemetery in RSA section.
