Wounded in action, 25 December 1970 – minor cuts to face in helicopter crash. Pilot with 161 Recce Flight in Sioux helicopters. Completed six-week attachment to A troop, 3/17th Air Cavalry as a Light Observation Helicopter pilot from late November 1970.
