Second Secretary at the New Zealand Embassy in Saigon, 21 August 1966–13 November 1968. Married Vietnamese resident (Phan Thi Hong Chau) who became a New Zealand citizen while living in Saigon. She returned to New Zealand with him in 1968 and is believed to have stayed here.
