Now tell me about happy hour cause isn't that something you introduced?
Yes, one of the reasons why we wanted this central compound to put everyone in if we could was to get everyone together and to meet before work and after work cause the system they had before, they all disappeared back to their various locations and very rarely got together, apart from welcomes and farewells. So one of things, I sort of thought would be good for the team would be for to get everyone together one afternoon a week and everybody relaxed and have a glass of beer or whatever they wanted to have. And we'd invite some of the local ex-pats who were working in and around Qui Nhon to come have a drink and a talk with us. So we had all sorts of nationalities floating in and out.
So what difference did the happy hours make do you think?
Oh, well I hope that it got everyone together and umm, a chance to socialize which is what they didn't have before.
