161 Battery tent lines at Nui Dat

The tent lines of 161 Battery, RNZA at Nui Dat. Prior to 1969 the Battery lived in tents, which were home to 3-4 individuals. The tents were all old WW2 issue, as was much of our equipment, and the path between the tent rows became a torrent of water during the 'wet season'. Late in 1969 these tents were replaced with steel buildings.
